This hydrant is no longer extant.  
It appears to be the

Series S type manufactured by A. P. Smith Mfg Co., E. Orange, NJ; 
dry, 1 pc. w/O.D. rib, vert. fluted.

The photograph was taken in 1993.  The hydrant was replaced by a
newer model when a new building was erected on this location around 1995.
