Davico Hair & Feather was originally located on Broadway in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Although the sign appears to be quite ancient, the business dates only to the 1930's. They moved to this address on Kent Ave. in 1950 or 1951. So the sign is actually fairly modern as these things go. There is an older sign painted in white beneath the Davico sign, but I have not been able to make out what it says.
